The Federal Government on Tuesday declared Friday, July 17 and Monday, July 20 as public holidays to the mark the end of Muslim holy month of Ramadan. By implication, it means that the holiday lovers would have had a very long weekend, when they return to work on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Abubakar Magaji, who announced this in Abuja, enjoined all Muslim faithful and Nigerians in general to extend the spiritual benefits of Ramadan, which include love, peace and sacrifice for the development of the nation.
